Objectives And Key Results
Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are the goal-setting method popularised by Google, and credited with helping deliver "10x results".
They'll help you increase engagement, impact, and revenue, and decrease time-to-market and cost.

OKRs are Simpler Than You Think
Objectives and Key Results have four elements:

Great OKRs are a good start, but on their own, they aren't going to do anything.
You as the leader need to make sure they are linked to the strategy in a way that inspires, that you come up with credible plans and align with collaborating teams, that you execute consistently while maintaining engagement, that you monitor progress and course-correct, and that you have a high-performing team to help you along the way.
Copying what is written in a book (including mine) is a good start, but you have to adapt all these things to your own culture and context to make them really work for you.
