Not through a long project or a thick report. Through a concentrated event: an offsite, an all-hands, a training workshop. Something that creates real momentum and leaves the team with the clarity, alignment, and culture to keep moving.

These aren't passive events. I design and run them with you — interactive, participatory, and energising. Your people are doing things, not watching things. The goal is always the same: your team leaves different from how they arrived.

What this looks like in practice

Most organisations already have the moments where this work can happen. I help you use them well.

  • All-hands and team events For organisations that need to engage and energise a larger group around a shared goal or a new direction. These work best when there's something real to align around: a strategy shift, a new operating model, a cultural reset. I co-design and co-host the event, making sure it lands rather than just happens.

  • Training programmes For teams that need to build specific capability: product thinking, customer obsession, execution frameworks, OKRs. Typically one to three days, in-person, designed around your context rather than off-the-shelf content. I've run these using frameworks from Google and Amazon with product, commercial, and leadership teams across Europe.

  • Quarterly kickoffs For organisations that want to build a consistent execution rhythm. We use the kickoff to launch OKRs, align the team on priorities, and set the operating cadence for the quarter. Interactive, energising, and practical — not a slide presentation.

What's possible

A series B scaleup with a new CEO and a new direction needed the discipline to execute. We implemented OKRs across the company, built the operating rhythm to make them work and ran the kickoff to roll it out to the team.

A series A scaleup was pivoting to a new strategic direction. I helped design and facilitate their all hands meeting to get their team energised and interested in the new direction. They left excited and ready to move.

A 20,000-person listed tech company needed to shift one of its operating divisions from a project and sales-led model to a product operating model. Over an intensive training programme, we trained 70 product managers to understand customers, speak the language of business, and use Amazon's Working Backwards process. The division operates differently now.

A business unit in the same company was kicking off a major transformation. With a cross-functional team of 40 people, we ran an event that clarified strategy, aligned on direction, and got the transformation moving, with the whole team engaged and energised.

A multinational media business needed to shift how they executed at scale. We trained their leadership in OKRs and ran their first quarterly kickoff, turning strategy into a live operating system.

How it works

Engagements typically start with a discovery phase: understanding the organisation, the challenge, and what success looks like. From there we design the event or programme that will do the most work.

I work hybrid, with some preparation and follow-up online and the core work in-person. We'll typically work together over a month or two leading up to an event, and for a few weeks after to ensure it sticks.

Six years at Google and two at Amazon leading product teams of 100+ people across programmes with over $1B in revenue impact. A decade of consulting and coaching with organisations from Series B/C scaleups to global enterprises. I know how complex organisations actually work, and I know where the real blockers usually are.
