About Me

Hi, I'm Richard!

I spent six years at Google and two at Amazon leading product teams of 100+ people across programmes with over $1B in revenue impact.

Since then I've spent a decade coaching and consulting with founders and executives across Europe and the US, from Series B/C scaleups to Vodafone, IKEA, Nestlé, Deloitte, and Intuit.

At 47, I was diagnosed with ADHD. It explained a lot. I'd been trying to perform by pushing harder, and it wasn't working. So I stopped, retrained as an executive coach at Henley Business School, and started building a way of working that actually fits how my brain operates.

Many of the leaders I work with recognise something similar in themselves. They're not looking for a harder gear. They're looking for a better fit.
