You talk most. I ask questions, and tell you honestly what I see. If it would help, we’ll look at what could change it, for you, your leadership team or someone on it.
What you’ll leave with
A clearer next step. Sometimes that’s working together. Sometimes it’s a book, a tool or someone who can help more than I can. Either way, you’ll leave with something useful.
If it’s a fit, the next step is usually a longer, free conversation with the right people.
What it isn’t
A sales pitch. If working with me makes sense to both of us, we’ll talk about next steps in the last few minutes. If it doesn’t, we can leave it there.
