More You: The 6-week Intensive
You got the success you always wanted. But it's not enough, and nor is what's next.
Get clear on what you really want, what's getting in the way, and what you're going to do about it.
On the outside, everything is amazing.
Your friends and family envy you, your mother beams with pride as she tells her friends about the job she doesn’t understand at the American company everyone has heard of. If 20-year-old you saw you now, they'd drop their iPod.
And yet, on the inside, you feel mediocre at best. Your former peers are now VPs at HQ in the Valley, have raised millions for something to do with AI in Berlin, or are living on a yacht off the Amalfi coast. You’re still three years away from your Financial Independence number. It’s been three years away for a decade - a decade of total comp that's way more than you once dreamt of.
When you talk about it with anyone who isn’t in the same situation, they can’t understand: “I wish I had your problems”, they say wistfully.
So you stopped mentioning it.
Sunday night rolls around again, and next week is last week all over again. You sit in meetings you fought to be in, feeling like you're watching yourself from the ceiling. Every win lasts about an hour before the machine in
your head says next.
There’s got to be more to life than the next vesting date and another “exceeds expectations”.
You’re not ungrateful, you’re hearing a signal that will grow stronger over time. The only question is when you’ll stop ignoring it.
Now picture a Tuesday when you've stopped ignoring it.
You wake up feeling rested, clear-headed, and ready for another day, eager to get started rather than bracing for a grind you once wanted.
In the half-second before you speak, you used to second-guess yourself. Will this annoy the wrong people enough to be a CLM? Is it the right sort of provocative, the kind that earns respect? One day, you notice you've stopped asking. The true thing, the too-enthusiastic thing, the thing you actually think - it can all be said without hesitation.
Your shoulders come down. You didn't know they were up. You laugh the way you laughed before you learnt how to hold yourself back to look "professional".
And you're better at the job, not worse. Sharper decisions, because you're not spending half your energy managing how you appear. More impact, because you've stopped vetoing your own ideas.
Then the question you haven't asked in fifteen years arrives on its own:
What do you want to create?
What you'd make if you weren't managing your reputation. The idea you've had three times and dismissed three times. The ambition you've never said out loud, not even to yourself. You'll know it the second you feel it.
Your family gets that version of you too. When you hold back, everyone around you learns to hold back. When you come alive, they remember they're allowed to.
This isn't a personality transplant, and it isn't burning it all down in a mid-life crisis gone wrong. It's you, not performing a role that doesn't fit you any more.
It's you. Full on. Wholehearted. Unleashed.
"Find out who you are and do it on purpose" — Dolly Parton
So why is it still just a thought?
It's been in the back of your mind constantly, like a theme song you can't quite remember the words to. Sometimes it's been loud enough it drowns everything else out.
Maybe you think the fix is the next promotion. Smash your OKRs, build a case for the panel, and wait for calibration. Then you'll be a VP, you'll have made it, and it'll finally feel different. It might, for about as long as the last time did.
Maybe it's that hot new unicorn in Shoreditch, where you'd surely make C-level. Or a Patagonia vest and a job in a VC, like that guy who left last year. Or selling up for a vineyard in Portugal, which you've now searched for often enough that the Idealista ads are following you everywhere.
Nah, that's not it. You've had three years of that loop repeating in your head. And everyone you've tested it on needs a particular answer.
Your manager needs you to stay. Your team needs you steady. Your peers are the people you're
measured against. At home, the consequences land on people you love.
None of them is lying to you. They just can't be neutral. No wonder their answers don't fit.
Here's what happened, and nobody warned you about it.
You've done everything right. That might be exactly the problem.
Somewhere on the way up, you made a trade. You learnt what success is supposed to look like, and you became it. The right priorities. The right composure. The right ambition. You got very, very good at being who you're supposed to be.
And the person you actually are, the one with the instincts, the fire, the inconvenient opinions, the dreams that don't fit the template, got quieter and quieter. Not gone. Waiting. You feel them every time you say the sensible thing instead of the true thing. Every time you shrink a dream to fit a plan. Every time you achieve something and feel nothing.
The success isn't hollow. The performance is. You cannot feel proud of applause that was earnt by somebody you're pretending to be.
So this is the work we do together.
Not fixing you. Nor burning it all down and starting again in a mid-life crisis gone wrong. Un-hiding you. Reconnecting you to the instinct and fire you've been overriding. Pointing it at a life and an ambition that are actually yours, even the one you just thought of but aren't ready to admit. Wiring it into what you do on Tuesday morning. All four, because if you miss one, it doesn't work.
I know this road because I've walked it, all the way down and back. I performed for 47 years, right up until the morning it broke me at my own breakfast table. What I found on the other side is the reason this page exists.
Example Results
Names and details changed. The outcomes aren't.
A Series C Director of Product who was underperforming became one of the strongest members of the executive team.
A Startup Operations Executive walked away from a prestigious offer, and a month into the job she chose instead, her CEO called her the best hire of his career.
A Senior Manager at a Big Tech company traced years of career indecision to a need for recognition he wasn't even aware of, and started treating his own needs as the real lever for change.
A Charity sector CxO named a real ambition for the first time in years, and turned the part of his job he dreaded most into an idea that's still circulating his organisation.
A Bootstrapped Founder who was grinding himself down building a product he never really wanted to build restructured his company around what actually energises him.
What we do
The work has a shape, not a syllabus.
We start by exploring the gap between what you want and what you've got, and what's holding you back. We also figure out what energises you and what drains you, so you can align what you want with who you are.
From there we work on whatever that gap needs. Usually that means getting underneath the thinking to what you actually feel about it, testing assumptions you've never had reason to question, and running small experiments in your real life between sessions.
We come back to the gap at the end. What you want might have changed based on what you've learnt about yourself. Either way, you leave able to say what you want out loud, and clear on what you're doing about it.
How it works
The work is deep, personal, and intense.
The structure is simple.
20 mins, free
Clarity Call
No pitch, no prep. Just enough for both of us to know whether there's something useful for us to work on together.
If there is, we book a Deep Dive.
90 Minutes
Deep Dive
We block out 90 minutes, and use what we need.
We will explore what you want, where you are now, and what's holding you back. We'll go deep, and you'll see things differently by the end.
Stop or continue
You Decide
If it wasn’t valuable, you pay nothing. If it was enough, you pay for the Deep Dive and stop.
If you want to keep going, we work together for five more weeks, with the Deep Dive as the first session. You commit and pay up front for the rest of our work together.
What it costs
I don't normally publish my fees. I'm making an exception for this programme while I have capacity.
Experience the work first. Then either pay €0, €200, or €1,000.
After our Deep Dive, you choose from three options.
It wasn't valuable
€0
You pay nothing.
Tell me what would have made it better, and we leave it there.
It was enough
€200
total incl VAT
The Deep Dive did the job and you don't need to go further.
You pay for the session, and we're done.
You want more
€1,000
total incl VAT
The Deep Dive becomes session one of six.
We book five more weekly 50 minute sessions, accounting for vacation, travel, and other fixed commitments.
This pricing applies only to self-funded, 1:1 clients.
If your company is paying, book a Clarity Call, and we'll discuss fees and how we might customise the engagement for you.

Why I'm doing this
I love this work. And I’m at my best when I’m doing a lot of it. Right now, I have room for more, so I want to make it unusually easy for the right people to work with me.
I’m still finding the right balance for this work: how many clients I can work with at my best, and the right price to charge. This offer gives me room to learn that while doing more of the work I love.
There’s no fixed number of places or deadline. When my calendar is full enough, the fee for new clients will go up.
What I expect from you
Two things.
Firstly, if it was valuable, write a short testimonial. If it wasn't, tell me what would have made it valuable. Either is useful to me.
Secondly, commit to showing up 100%. I will.
These aren't conversations to squeeze between two meetings while answering Slack. We'll go deep. Six weeks can change a lot if you're serious about the work.
If you're not, leave the place for someone who is.
